Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans tuna, drained (may substitute chicken/crabmeat, etc.)
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 small finely chopped onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Mix cream cheese, mushroom soup and onion in saucepan.
- Simmer over low heat until melted.
- Mix gelatin in 1/2 cup hot water. Stir into cream cheese mixture.
- Add mayonnaise, celery and tuna. Stir well.
- Pour into 6 cup mold. Chill overnight.
- Serve on chilled plate with crackers.
