Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans tuna, drained (may substitute chicken/crabmeat, etc.)
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1 small finely chopped onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Method

  • Mix cream cheese, mushroom soup and onion in saucepan.
  • Simmer over low heat until melted.
  • Mix gelatin in 1/2 cup hot water. Stir into cream cheese mixture.
  • Add mayonnaise, celery and tuna. Stir well.
  • Pour into 6 cup mold. Chill overnight.
  • Serve on chilled plate with crackers.
