Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
Method
- Mix all ingredients together, except corn flakes and butter. Pour into a 9 x 14-inch casserole. Crush the corn flakes.
- Mix with butter.
- Spread on top of casserole. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300°, slowly and a long time.
- Good for a potluck, buffet or any large group.
