Ingredients
- 2 large cans crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. Velveeta shredded cheese
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 roll crushed Ritz crackers
Method
- Put pineapple in bottom of 9 x 8-inch casserole dish.
- Combine sugar and flour and pour over pineapple.
- Top with Velveeta cheese (regular Cheddar gets chewy).
- Sprinkle crushed crackers over mixture.
- Pour melted margarine over crackers.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Serves 6.
