Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1-1/2 cup Flour
  • 1-1/2 cup Good Quality Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 16 ounces, weight Chocolate Chips
  • 2 cups Dried Cranberries

Method

  • In the bowl of a standing mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the vanilla and then the eggs, and beat until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixturel, and mix until just combined.
  • At the end, gently mix in the chocolate chips and the cranberries.
  • Scoop in rounded spoonfuls onto a silpat or parchment lined sheet pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-11 minutes.
  • Let cool and enjoy!
