Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1-1/2 cup Good Quality Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 16 ounces, weight Chocolate Chips
- 2 cups Dried Cranberries
Method
- In the bowl of a standing mixer, beat together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the vanilla and then the eggs, and beat until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
- Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixturel, and mix until just combined.
- At the end, gently mix in the chocolate chips and the cranberries.
- Scoop in rounded spoonfuls onto a silpat or parchment lined sheet pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-11 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!
