Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. chopped ham
- 1/3 c. onions
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 10 to 12 hot dog buns
Method
- Combine and chop finely the ham, cheese, onions and eggs.
- Add mayonnaise and chili sauce; mix well.
- Spoon onto buns.
- Wrap buns in foil and bake 10 minutes at 375°.
- These freeze well and can be kept a month in freezer.
