Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unhulled Sesame Seeds (or Any Other Kind)
  • 1/4 cups Black Sesame Seeds
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Or More As Needed
  • Salt

Method

  • Toast the unhulled sesame and black sesame seeds in a large pan over medium heat until golden, stirring occasionally (about 3 minutes).
  • Grind toasted seeds with an immersion blender or food processor.
  • Gradually add oil, starting with 4 tablespoons and adding more as needed until you like the consistency.
  • Season with salt.
  • Enjoy!
  • Note: You can transfer it to a jar and store for up to 3 months in the fridge.
