Ingredients
- 250 g light cream cheese, softened
- 415 g pink salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 small onions or 2 spring onions, finely chopped
Method
- Open the can of salmon and remove all skin and bones.
- Mix all ingredients together- you can just mix well or process lightly for a finer texture.
- Serve with crackers or breadsticks.
- Can be used as a sandwich spread.
