Ingredients

  • 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion, Finely Diced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 Oz.)
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes (10 Oz)
  • 12 ounces, weight Cooked Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (8 Oz)
  • 1 can Mild Enchilada Sauce (10 Oz)
  • 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup (10 Oz)
  • 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese

Method

  • Brown ground meat in a large skillet with the onion.
  • Drain fat.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients except for cheese.
  • Mix well and heat through.
  • Let simmer for about 15 minutes with lid on.
  • Top with cheddar cheese.
