- 3 large baking potatoes
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°. Drizzle potatoes with vegetable oil, and rub with kosher salt. Place on a 15- x 10-inch jelly-roll pan. Pierce potatoes several times with a fork. Bake 1 hour or until tender; cut in half.
