Ingredients
- 4 large whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 4 to 5 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/4 lb. melted butter (1 stick)
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Method
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Cut chicken in strips or chunks. (Serves 8.)
- Top with cheese in casserole.
- Mix soup and wine until smooth.
- Pour over chicken.
- Toss stuffing with butter and sprinkle on top.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300°.
