Ingredients

  • 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • supermoist white cake
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 34 cup melted butter

Method

  • Preheat oven 350.
  • grease a 9x13 cake pan.
  • in a large bowl mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, and cinnamon until well blended.
  • spread mixture onto pan.
  • (mix will be wet).
  • Sprinkle cake mix ontop of the batter.
  • Sprinkle walnuts ontop of the cake mix.
  • Pour butter over mix and spread gently.
  • Bake 50 minutes.
  • Cool and top with whip cream.
