Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O brand gelatin (any flavor)
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 1 (4 oz.) container Cool Whip nondairy whipped topping, thawed
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
- Stir in milk.
- (Mixture will appear curdled, but will be smooth when frozen.)
- Pour into 13 x 9-inch metal pan.
- Freeze until icy crystals form about 1 inch around edge, about 1 hour.
