Ingredients
- 3 or 4 oz. can coconut
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese
- 1 stick melted butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Mix coconut and pecans; spread on bottom of pan.
- Mix cake according to directions on box; pour mix over the coconut and pecans.
- Mix cream cheese, melted butter and sugar; spoon on top of cake mix.
- Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
