Ingredients
- 3 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 eggs
- 8 to 9 c. flour
Method
- Beat the first 6 ingredients and add the flour.
- Work the dough until dough does not stick to your hands.
- Put in bowl and cover.
- Knead down every hour.
- Shape into buns or rolls (not too large).
- Cover overnight.
- In the morning bake at 350° until brown.
