Ingredients
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Mix 3/4 cup flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
- Heat milk, water and margarine to 120°.
- Gradually add dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes.
- Stir in enough flour to make a stiff dough.
- Turn out onto a floured board and knead 2 to 3 minutes.
- Divide into 12 pieces.
- Shape into balls and lightly pat out.
- Place on greased pan.
- Cover and place in warm spot and let rise until double. Bake at 375° until brown.
