Ingredients
- large Keebler graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 oz.) light cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Light 'n Lively cottage cheese
- 1 carton Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. sugar free lemon jello
Method
- Bring 2/3 cup water to boil.
- Add jello; set aside.
- In blender, put cream cheese and cottage cheese; whip until smooth. Blend in Cool Whip.
- Add jello and 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring. Put in crust and chill at least 4 hours.
