Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 3 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs (approximately 8 slices)
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 large lemons, divided
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 2 pkg. (14 to 16 oz. each) uncooked turkey cutlets or half a 6 lb. turkey breast, thawed and cut into 1/4-inch slices
Method
- Beat eggs and milk together.
- Place bread crumbs on wax paper. Dip cutlets into egg mixture and coat with the bread crumbs.
