Ingredients
- 2 pkg. chopped spinach (10 oz.)
- 2 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Cook spinach as directed and drain well.
- Mix together cottage cheese; cut into pieces margarine, beaten eggs, flour, salt and 1 cup of Cheddar cheese. Add spinach to mixture and put into casserole.
- Top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
