Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. chopped spinach (10 oz.)
  • 2 c. creamed cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt

Method

  • Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  • Cook spinach as directed and drain well.
  • Mix together cottage cheese; cut into pieces margarine, beaten eggs, flour, salt and 1 cup of Cheddar cheese. Add spinach to mixture and put into casserole.
  • Top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
