Ingredients
- 12 teaspoon olive oil
- 34 cup carrot, grated
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 -4 tablespoons orange juice
- ground black pepper (to taste)
Method
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add carrots and ginger, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
- Stir in juice, simmer for 1-2 minutes.
