Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. scalded milk
Method
- Beat eggs slightly, blend with sugar, salt and vanilla. Gradually stir in scalded milk, pour into pie shell.
- Bake for 25 or 30 minutes at 400°.
