Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can peaches
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jell-O
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. peach syrup
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Method
- Drain peaches, reserving syrup.
- Mash peaches.
- Dissolve dry ingredients in boiling water.
- Add peach syrup and vinegar.
- Add pecans.
- Mix well.
- Whole maraschino cherries add color or garnish with canned crab apples, if desired.
- Chill until firm.
