Ingredients
- 1 can chick peas (drained and rinsed)
- 2 small cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. water (more for looser hummas)
- 1 Tbsp. Tahini (less to reduce fat)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Add all ingredients to food processor. Serve with pita bread. Lasts 3 days.
