Ingredients
- 2 c. scalded milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 yeast cake
- 4 c. flour
- 2 well beaten eggs
Method
- In a bowl, add oil, sugar and salt to milk.
- When lukewarm, add yeast.
- Stir well and add eggs and enough flour to make a stiff dough.
- Cover and let rise until double.
- Punch down and put in muffin pans.
- Let rise.
- Bake 30 minutes at 375°.
- Makes approximately 24 to 30 rolls.
