Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked squash, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Saute onion in margarine.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well and place in casserole dish.
- Top with 1/4 stuffing mix that has been sauteed in a little butter or margarine.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
