Ingredients
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 c. dark brown sugar
- 2 c. pecans
Method
- Stir sugar, butter and water together over low heat until dissolved.
- Add pecans and stir constantly until mixture forms a hard ball in cold water.
- Remove from heat and drop onto marble or wax paper, making small patties, about 2-inches in diameter.
