Ingredients
- 10 (6 to 7-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- salsa
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced ham
- 1/4 lb. American or Cheddar cheese
Method
- Spread one side of the tortilla with sour cream.
- Place a slice of ham and cheese on the tortilla and roll up.
- Fold under each end.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool, slice into 1 inch pieces to dip into salsa.
