Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 lg. onion, diced
  • 4 med. sized boiled potatoes, peeled & diced
  • 1/2 c. cream or possibly 1 can evaporated lowfat milk

Method

  • Crumble sausage in frying pan and fry lightly.
  • Pour off all fat.
  • Add in onions and cook till transparent.
  • Add in potatoes and cream (or possibly lowfat milk).
  • Continue cooking over low heat till cream is absorbed and potatoes are browned.
  • Needs about 1/4 c. cream (or possibly lowfat milk) for each c. of potatoes.
