Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 lg. onion, diced
- 4 med. sized boiled potatoes, peeled & diced
- 1/2 c. cream or possibly 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
Method
- Crumble sausage in frying pan and fry lightly.
- Pour off all fat.
- Add in onions and cook till transparent.
- Add in potatoes and cream (or possibly lowfat milk).
- Continue cooking over low heat till cream is absorbed and potatoes are browned.
- Needs about 1/4 c. cream (or possibly lowfat milk) for each c. of potatoes.
