Ingredients
- 1/4 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 1/4 cups Coconut Aminos
- 1/8 cups Avocado Oil
- 1/8 cups Sesame Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 head Purple Cabbage, Finely Chopped
- 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans
- 5 whole Scallions, Finely Chopped
Method
- Whisk together vinegar, honey, coconut aminos, and oils. Salt to taste.
- Right before serving, toss the cabbage together with the dressing. Top with pecans and scallions.
