Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/4 Tbsp. curry
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. salt
- 16 shrimp or more (medium size)
Method
- Cut celery stalks into 2 to 3-inch pieces and boil until tender.
- Drain. Dip each piece in seasoned beaten egg and flour. Fry in olive oil until golden brown. What a tasty side dish for any meal!
