Ingredients
- 1- stick butter
- 1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. half and half
- dash of salt
- garlic, powdered or fresh, to taste
- fettucine pasta, cooked
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan and heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted and creamy.
- Add salt and garlic.
- Serve over pasta.
