Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbell's Zesty tomato soup sauce
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 12 ounce. Italian sausage, casing removed
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • In bowl mix thoroughly 1/2 c. soup, beef, sausage, bread crumbs, cheese, onion, Large eggs and Worcestershire sauce.
  • In baking pan firmly shape into 8 x 4 inch loaf.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till done.
  • Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  • drippings.
  • In saucepan heat remaining soup, water and reserve drippings to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon over meatloaf.
  • Serves 8.
