Ingredients
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 pkg. sugar-free Jell-O brand gelatin (raspberry, cherry or strawberry flavor)
- 1/2 c. cold water
- ice cubes
- 1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Pour boiling water into blender container.
- Add gelatin and blend at low speed until dissolved about 1 minute.
- Combine and add water and ice cubes to make 1 cup.
- Add to gelatin and stir until ice is melted, then blend in yogurt and vanilla.
- Chill in dessert glasses or bowl until set, about 1 hour.
- Makes 5 servings (35 calories per serving).
