Ingredients
- 1 lb. breakfast sausage, browned and drained
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- dash of salt
Method
- Combine meat, rice, soups and 1 cup grated cheese.
- Mix and place in baking dish and sprinkle remaining of cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
