Ingredients
- 1 qt. sweet milk
- 1 c. Crisco
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 pkg. yeast
- self-rising flour
Method
- Put milk, Crisco and sugar on stove and bring to boil.
- Let cool until lukewarm.
- Add yeast.
- Put in enough flour to be like biscuit dough.
- Let rise until double in size, then work down with more flour.
- Roll out and let rise before cooking.
