Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise (do not substitute)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. American cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Boil chicken breasts until tender; cut into small pieces. Break broccoli into flowerets; boil until tender.
  • Put chicken in a
  • lightly greased casserole dish. Arrange broccoli over chicken. Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice; add soup.
  • Pour mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over according to taste.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
