Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. diced pimento
- 1 qt. rice
- 2 1/2 qt. chicken broth
Method
- Saute peppers and onions in broth until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
