Ingredients
- 1 pt. water
- 2-inch vanilla beans, cut in small pieces
- 3 3/4 c. white Karo syrup
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 1/4 c. boiling water
- 3 1/2 c. vodka
- 2 tsp. glycerin
Method
- Boil 1 pint of water, vanilla beans and Karo syrup, slowly, for 30 minutes.
- Cool slightly.
- Mix instant coffee and boiling water; add to vanilla bean mixture.
- Strain into a 1/2 gallon container.
- Add vodka and glycerin.
- Shake well and let stand. Ready in one month.
- Even better in 2 to 3 months.
