Ingredients
- 2 c. rhubarb
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. strawberry jello
- 1/2 pkg. Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker crust
Method
- Cook rhubarb.
- Stir in sugar and jello.
- Let cool and then stir in Cool Whip.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Let set in refrigerator until ready to serve.
