Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes, cooked with peeling on, peeled and cut into slices
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 fresh green onions, chopped (tops and all)
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick oleo or butter
Method
- Melt butter in saucepan and add soup; blend until smooth. Remove from heat and add sour cream, salt, pepper, onions and 1 cup cheese.
- Put potatoes and sauce in baking dish.
- Sprinkle other cup of cheese on top.
- You can also sprinkle parsley on top.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
- Can be made day before use.
- Tastes like baked potato with all the trimmings.
