Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3 1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 c. wheat germ (optional)
Method
- Blend honey, oil and milk together in a large bowl.
- Stir in flour, wheat germ (optional) and salt.
- Knead lightly.
- Roll out thinly on a floured surface.
- Roll dough over rolling pin to pick it up and transfer it to a cookie sheet.
- Prick with a fork and bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
