Ingredients
- 1 cooked chicken, shred into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 3/4 C chicken broth
- 1 can marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 C Spanish olives
- 2 T capers
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 T parsley
- Spaghetti
Method
- Stir all ingredients together, and simmer over low heat about 30 minutes. Serve over pasta.
