Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. flour
Method
- Beat eggs (whole and yolks) until light in color.
- Add salt and cold water, beat well.
- Mix in 1 1/2 cups flour.
- Put 1/2 cup flour on board and knead.
- Divide and roll out thin.
- Leave awhile to dry some and then cut in desired width.
- My sons make these and grandson is learning, too.
