Ingredients
- 1/2 to 3/4 stick butter
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 onions
- 3 stalks celery
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 lb. crabmeat
Method
- Chop vegetables into medium sized pieces.
- Lightly saute in 1/2 to 3/4 stick butter.
- Add crabmeat and salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir and cook until crabmeat is hot.
- Serve at once.
