- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. commercial sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
- 3/4 tsp. of salt
- 1/4 tsp. of pepper
- 3 c. (drained) cooked noodles
- 3 Tbsp. of melted butter
- 1 c. soft breadcrumbs
Method
- Lightly brown the beef; add onions and cook until tender, but not brown.
- Add drained corn, soup and sour cream, pimiento, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well, then stir in noodles.
- Pour into 2 1/2 qt. casserole, add melted butter to breadcrumbs and sprinkle over top of casserole.
