Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. commercial sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
  • 3/4 tsp. of salt
  • 1/4 tsp. of pepper
  • 3 c. (drained) cooked noodles
  • 3 Tbsp. of melted butter
  • 1 c. soft breadcrumbs

Method

  • Lightly brown the beef; add onions and cook until tender, but not brown.
  • Add drained corn, soup and sour cream, pimiento, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well, then stir in noodles.
  • Pour into 2 1/2 qt. casserole, add melted butter to breadcrumbs and sprinkle over top of casserole.
