Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp each ground cumin and ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp each ground ginger, cinnamon and hot paprika
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- None None Lemon wedges, to serve
Method
- Combine lamb, onion, spices and half the mint in a large bowl; season. Shape into 8 sausages. Thread onto 8 skewers.
- Cook skewers, in batches, in a heated, oiled large skillet until browned and cooked through.
- Sprinkle skewers with remaining mint. Serve with yogurt and lemon wedges.
