Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp each ground cumin and ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp each ground ginger, cinnamon and hot paprika
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • None None Lemon wedges, to serve

Method

  • Combine lamb, onion, spices and half the mint in a large bowl; season. Shape into 8 sausages. Thread onto 8 skewers.
  • Cook skewers, in batches, in a heated, oiled large skillet until browned and cooked through.
  • Sprinkle skewers with remaining mint. Serve with yogurt and lemon wedges.
