- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 can 15 oz tomato sauce (if you like it less soupy, you can omit)
- 2 cup beef broth
- 2 can 14 1/2 cans of whole tomatoes, undrained
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp caraway seed
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 clove finely chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp basil
- 2 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 cup macaroni, cooked according to box
Method
- Cook beef in oil till brown, drain
- Stir in remaining ingredients except water, flour and noodles
- Break up tomatoes with scissors
- Heat to boiling, then reduce heat to simmer.
- Simmer 1 hour & 15 minutes
- Mix water and flour.
- Slowly mix into liquid, heat to boiling for 1minute
- Mix the hot cooked noodles in, and enjoy
