Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. sauerkraut
- 2 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. pimento
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
Method
- Heat vinegar and sugar until sugar dissolves, then cool.
- Pour syrup over remaining ingredients.
- Let stand at least 3 hours or longer.
- Better with age.
