- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 2 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. bread crumbs
Method
- Mix in large bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 1 hour at 375°.
- Serves 12 to 15.
