Ingredients

  • 15 oz. pkg. refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 tsp. flour
  • 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. Irish mist liqueur
  • 8 oz. container (3 c.) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 Tbsp. Irish mist liqueur
  • few drops of green food coloring

Method

  • Prepare pie crust according to package directions for filled one crust pie.
  • Refrigerate remaining crust for later use.
  • Heat oven to 375°.
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
  • Add chocolate, eggs and 1/4 cup Irish mist liqueur; mix well.
  • Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
  • Pour into pie crust lined pan.
  • Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean; cool.
  • Combine remaining whipped topping, 1 tablespoon Irish mist liqueur and food coloring.
  • Spread over pie.
  • Makes 8 servings.
