- 15 oz. pkg. refrigerated pie crust
- 1 tsp. flour
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. Irish mist liqueur
- 8 oz. container (3 c.) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. Irish mist liqueur
- few drops of green food coloring
Method
- Prepare pie crust according to package directions for filled one crust pie.
- Refrigerate remaining crust for later use.
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
- Add chocolate, eggs and 1/4 cup Irish mist liqueur; mix well.
- Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
- Pour into pie crust lined pan.
- Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean; cool.
- Combine remaining whipped topping, 1 tablespoon Irish mist liqueur and food coloring.
- Spread over pie.
- Makes 8 servings.
