Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- chopped cilantro to taste
- 1/2 avocado, chopped
- jalapeno peppers to taste
Method
- Chop chilies, Ro-Tel tomatoes, onion, cilantro, avocado and jalapeno peppers.
- Mix with crushed tomatoes.
- Refrigerate for several hours to blend flavors.
- Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables as a dip.
